I have been wanting to make over these bar stools my cousin gave me! When we first moved into the house we bought two nice bar stools from Target, and spent way to much $$ on them of course because that was before I discovered the awesome world of furniture redo's! My husband kept telling me NOT to add the padding/fabric to the top of them, but... tonight he was bowling... and I was bored! :-) My cousin gave me three, so I think I am going to make one more. The third one is being used as a bed side table!
First, spray paint the stool. Hot glue some batting to the top of the stool. Hot glue the fabric over that.
Not sure how it is going to hold up with us sitting on it, I will let you know.
